Operators who are familiar with the operation of the 120SSF and 140SSF will find the Thumb Controller (TC) very easy to use. Nautilus has made the software program, the TC display messages and the operation almost identical to the 120SSF/140SSF.

Advantages of the TC over the larger 140SSF PCU:

- uses a neck strap, no shoulder harness is required

- much lighter - weighs only 1.2 lb (0.45kg)

- much smaller - only 1" (25mm) thick, 7.4" (188mm) wide and 4" (102mm) across

- water resistant (has multiple 'o'-rings)

- operates continuously for 32 hours before recharging;

- controls up to 16 proportional joystick functions and 25 on/off functions;

- servicing is easier, faster and less expensive than a 140SSF PCU;

- each joystick has its own deadman button.
