LHD Video Transmitter and JB3 box

tc_powercam-video-tx_

This unit is mounted on the loader. It has two very powerful magnets bolted to the bottom of the enclosure which ensure a very strong and instant attachment to any ferrous steel surface. Magnetic attachment is useful because it allows the unit to be attached to any part of the loader including the cab which can’t be drilled or welded.

24vdc and 0v power plus RS485 serial communications are fed into the front Video-Tx at connector J4. The front Video-Tx accepts video from the Front-Camera at connector J2 and video from the (front) Side-Camera at connector J1. The video from both cameras is processed and then goes to connector P1. A coax cable carries the video from P1 to the (front) Video Antenna which transmits it to the Loader.

24vdc and 0v power plus RS485 serial communications are fed into the rear Video-Tx at connector J4. The rear Video-Tx accepts video from the Rear-Camera at connector J3 and video from the (rear) Side-Camera at connector J1. The video from both cameras is processed and then goes to connector P1. A coax cable carries the video from P1 to the (rear) Video Antenna which transmits it to the Loader.

All Video-Tx’s are physically identical but each one can be configured to operate as a Front or Rear video-Tx. The CPVA-Tx Video-Antennas are also identical.
